To re-register as a Referee, you must have registered as a referee in either of the previous two seasons, or completed The FA Referees Course in the previous season. If you have not refereed in either of the last two seasons, please email reece.davies@derbyshirefa.com and he will be able to assist you.
Remember you will need to register for the season if you intend on being active within refereeing this season. To register for the season please HERE.
Please see below for resolutions to common issues:
- My parent/guardian needs to give consent for me to register – To give consent, your parent/guardian will need to log into myaccount.thefa.com and click on the linked child and scroll down to the referee registration section where there is box which can be ticked to give consent. Once this has been done, the referee can then go and register for the season. A step-by-step guide on this can be found HERE.
- The ‘Proceed’ button is greyed out on the registration page – This is a known issue at the moment, please try any of the following, clear cookies/cache on your internet browser and try again, try using a different internet browser or if using a laptop instead try using your phone (or vice versa) or try using a private browser.
- I need to renew my Safeguarding and/or DBS – If your Safeguarding has expired, please head to The Boot Room (HERE) to renew. If your DBS needs renewing, please follow the steps HERE to reapply.
