How do I submit a new/renew my DBS Check? Print

To submit a new or renew your DBS check, click here, and select 'Register' from the login sceen.

Enter the information requested, including 'Org PIN' 102253, 'Org Name' 1DerbyshireCFA,and 'Secret Word' Dimond.

Once you have done this, you will need to pop into the office with your ID for us to verify, please use this link to book an appointment: Derbyshire County FA (office365.com)
