All clubs can find all Public Liability and Personal Accident insurance on your Club Portal. Derbyshire FA highly recommend all club officials have read and understand the insurance documents ahead of the season starting.
Please see below how to access the documents.
Stage 1: Log into club portal using your FA sign in details. You will arrive at the home page and click on 'My Club' down the left hand side.
Stage 2: Next, please click on 'Documentation' along the top of the page as circled in red and then on the next line down click 'Other Documents' as circled in red.

If your insurance documents have not been uploaded, please raise a ticket by clicking here and one of our team will upload your documents.
