How do I add, edit, or fold a team?

Adding a Team

Teams can be added by clicking on the "Teams" tab on the left hand side of the page. Once on the page you will have to click on create a team. 

Once you click on create a team, the portal will ask you to fill in some basic information around the team. The information you need is listed below. 

Editing a Team

Team details can be edited by clicking into the team on the Club Portal. You can edit the team name, age group and playing day etc. 

Please note that once the team is submitted for affiliation and has a player attached, the team age group will lock. This cannot be changed unless all players are de-registered. Please ensure your team age groups are correct. All U17 teams should be listed as U18 teams, even if all the players are U17. 

Folding a Team

In order to fold a team, you need to visit the "Teams" tab on the Club Portal. 

You then need to click into the chosen team, where it will give you the option to fold the team.

You will then be greeted by a pop-up where you will be asked the reason for the team folding. You can add additional information if necessary at this point. The County FA and League are notified when a team folds.

The final step will be to confirm folding the team. You will have 14 days to unfold the team if required but all previous data will be lost.
