Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to have their account linked to a parent/guardian.
The parent/guardian will need to access their FA Account by logging into My Account
Please ensure that Under 18's are not booked onto courses using their parents FAN.
All learners aged under 18 must submit a parental consent form at the time of booking. Form attached.
