My invoices aren't showing, where can I find them?

Invoices are raised on a Wednesday morning following a discipline case being processed.


In order for an invoice to appear, please ensure that you have acknowledged all discipline cases that are on the invoice. An invoice cannot be paid if a discipline case is not acknowledged.


Should you wish to pay for a discipline case before an invoice is raised, you can click on the discipline case, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click pay.
