You will need to submit a request to remove the late fines, with reasoning to support your request to alison.smith@derbyshirefa.com. Late fines will only be removed in exceptional circumstances.
It is the responsibility of the club to ensure the fine is paid and, save for youth football, can then claim this money back from the player.
For youth football, it is always the clubs responsibility to pay discipline fines and they cannot claim this money back from the player.
