The FA is partnered with 'Heads Up' in an effort to drive the biggest ever conversation about mental health.

The campaign, which was spearheaded by Prince William and backed by dozens of professional footballers, strives to raise awareness, spark conversation and signpost support for those in need, also including a 24/7 text support service.

You can find out more about the 'Heads Up' campaign HERE.

The mental health charity MIND are also heavily involved in football, and they also provide advice and support empowering anyone experiencing problems with their mental health.
